I thought about putting together 3 of my passions on a different day!
Walking, Reading and Meditating 👣📚🧘🏻♀️🧘🏼♂️
The leitmotiv of the day will be travel and sharing 🈴
Journey because We will walk along a beautiful path called “Giro Delle Borgate”; it is a completely flat path, in the woods, between 700 and 900 meters high. 🥾
The only more challenging point is the final part of arrival in Favella, a beautiful village characterized by characters dressed in historical clothes that emerge from the balconies, benches and granaries.
Here we will stop in the shadow of the church, so bring some blankets to sit.
Read, because after lunch, strictly packed, those who want can share the reading of a book of their choice that contains a significant passage for their journey. It will not be mandatory to read it or tell it, but I believe that sharing ideas, thoughts, feelings and even difficulties and overcoming them is an important moment of growth that should not be given up.
So, pull out a good book, or even 2, and related passages that have thrilled or changed your life! 🧬
Meditate because those who want, in a free and unguided way, can take a space and time to do it, alone or in company
I want to clarify that I am not an expert; indeed, I am constantly looking for my way and it will be more likely that you will teach me!
